As we’re crossing over (get it?) into autumn, the nights are colder and the weather seems to have given up on us. I have FINALLY made myself export the photos that I took on our little escapade to Rome. I had wanted to do this for so long but I had been too sad to accept that this trip seems so long ago now. Luckily, Barcelona’s on the list up next in 2 weeks (yay!).
I adore Rome, it’s definitely in my top two favourite places in Europe, up there with Vienna. Unfortunately, we’ve only had a short break there (4 days), but I’m definitely planning a trip back soon! Hallo! It’s been about four weeks since my trip to Vienna and it’s been so hard getting back into the full-time job and commute routine – hence the lack of posts. I miss Vienna so much and I cannot wait to go back again. I fell in love with it at first sight. It is such a beautiful, historic, romantic, wonderful, fairytale-like city – words do not do it justice!
I will show you more photos and tell you a bit more about my holiday soon (I hope!), but until then, I’ll leave you with some of the photos that I love the most from there. Clean, no edit, no retouch – just the beauty that I saw in the moment.
